Led by Chef Juanma Barrientos, who was named one of the Top 50 Chefs in Latin America, El Cielo (“Heaven”) is a fine-dining restaurant located at the new La Cosecha venue in Washington, DC.  El Cielo is the fifth location for the Colombian-based group, following three locations in Colombia and one in Miami, Florida.

Construction occurred concurrently with work at La Cosecha, but the Project Team ensured that the attention to detail and high-end finishes at El Cielo did not suffer. The full-service restaurant offers a la carte offerings in the main dining room and patio, and a tasting menu in the intimate back dining room, adjacent to the open kitchen.
