SeoulSpice
Fast-casual Korean restaurant SeoulSpice has opened its 6th location, and first in Northern Virginia. Owner Eric Shin is continuing to bring fresh Korean flavors in a simple, quick-serve format, with recipes that have been passed down over generations.
Designed to display the vibrancy of Seoul, Korea and its street food culture, the interior of SeoulSpice is flanked by red paneling, outlined in yellow framing. Hanging globe lights in the entryway lead to the food service area, and specialty lighting in the storefront makes the location inviting and reminiscent of street food markets. Seating is not present, to emphasize the fast-casual aspect of the restaurant.
