2021 Washington, DC Michelin Guide

Potomac Construction is thrilled to congratulate all the 2021 Washington, DC Michelin Guide honorees, in what was a turbulent year for restaurants and dining in the City.

A special Congrats for Potomac Construction clients Aaron Silverman, whose Pineapple & Pearls, Little Pearl and Rose’s Luxury earned four total stars; The Inn at Little Washington for remaining the only three-star restaurant in the region, and El Cielo, who earned their first ever star this year!
