2 Wisconsin Circle Fitness Center
Potomac Construction renovated the second, third, and fourth floors of 2 Wisconsin Circle located in Chevy Chase, MD. Construction consisted of creating a new 3,700 SF fitness/amenity center on the second floor and constructing showers/restrooms for the new area. The 2,600 SF fitness area includes weight training machines, free weights, stair climbers, treadmills, rowing machines, and Peloton equipment. This space also includes a fitness lounge, lobby lounge, and men’s and women’s locker rooms. Additionally, restrooms on the third and fourth floors were renovated for one of the building’s main tenants.
