Sfoglina, the fourth restaurant by the esteemed Chef Fabio Trabocchi, seats about 90 and features multiple design elements that were procured out of the DC Area, including fabric that was rolled on a 14th Century Spanish waterwheel.

Work included a “pasta room,” where guests can watch the pasta be rolled right as they walk in. Banquettes line the wall across from the open kitchen, placed in front of three floor-to-ceiling bifold windows that fully open to outside. Reclaimed wood and shelving line the walls around the restaurant. Potomac Construction also performed storefront modifications and constructed an enclosed, Four Seasons patio.
