Capital Burger
Owned by Darden Restaurant Group, the Capital Burger is located across from DC’s Convention Center, and was built-out in a historic, former office space, on the 1st floor of a three-story building.
In addition to the MEP elements needed to convert a commercial space to a restaurant, this project required the removal of an existing stairway between the basement and first floor and the subsequent construction in a different location.
This project, our first with the Orlando-based Client, also involved an Architect based out of Philadelphia. Potomac Construction coordinated all communication and managed the project through late Landlord requirements.
