Our Work

Portfolio

George Washington University’s new District House was a new, 12-story residence hall located in downtown DC. Home to 850 students, the building’s ground floor contained a dining area, where Potomac Construction built out a new Chick-fil-A Express.

The Project Team was careful to adhere to all national Chick-fil-A standards, design elements and finishes, in addition to the strict construction standards set forth by the University. Because the work occurred in an operational residence hall, strict hours and noise guidelines were in place.

  • Overlapped with the University’s Final Exam schedule, which brought restrictive hours and noise considerations
  • Limited space
  • 1,000 SF
