After years of successful online sales, Potomac Construction built out Commonwealth Joe’s first brick-and-mortar location, located on the ground floor of a newly constructed apartment building.

The store included a “cupping room,” which is a partitioned glass-paneled room where coffee-brewing tutorials can be given. The room includes a projector for video lessons and a dark light, so that the nuances of the brewing process can be examined sufficiently. Limited space provided delivery and coordination challenges during the Construction Process.
