Located in City Ridge, DC, Acqua Bistecca is the latest concept from Michelin-starred Chef Michael Mina, offering a refined yet welcoming dining experience. Potomac Construction partnered with Mina Group to bring this vibrant vision to life, delivering a space that seamlessly blends elegance, comfort, and energy.

With seating for 250 guests, the restaurant features a striking interior defined by bold red and orange tones and plush velvet banquettes. Chandeliers illuminate the dining room, while intimate booth seating and cozy alcoves create opportunities for both lively gatherings and private conversations. The bar serves as a dramatic centerpiece, with a curved display of illuminated bottles that makes a stunning focal point. 

The private dining room offers a more intimate experience, with seating for special gatherings. Deep red tones, patterned carpeting, and gold accents create a warm, sophisticated setting ideal for hosting private celebrations, corporate dinners, or special events.
