From the team behind the popular Duke’s Grocery concept is Gogi Yogi, the first Korean BBQ restaurant in DC proper. The project consisted of a full build-out inside, which included a full bar, 1,100 square feet of open dining, two private dining rooms and an ADA restroom.
Throughout, Potomac Construction’s Project Team was the leading catalyst for the functionality of the Shinpo Smokeless Grills built into each table. Because of city officials’ unfamiliarity with this equipment, necessary fire suppression design changes were required fairly late in the construction process, which Potomac Construction coordinated with the Design/Engineering Team closely on.
