This Alexandria bakery, located in the Del Rey neighborhood, is an American bakery that featured a new kitchen, a new commercial bakery area and restaurant seating. Even though the space was formerly used as a cafe, the Client wanted a full makeover to revamp the aesthetics.

Finishes and architectural elements were designed to be emblematic of the old-time railroad industry of the Del Rey area. The commercial bakery occupies most of the square footage, which is used to bake for the client’s other full-service restaurants.
