O-Ku is a high-end, Asian concept, which was the Owner’s first restaurant as part of its expansion to Washington, DC. O-ku was built in an older building with structural issues and outdated construction standards.

O-Ku, with seating for 120 along two floors, features multiple full-service bars and the sushi room, which was designed around the 12-seat sushi bar and features a sunken floor behind the bar so that the sushi chefs and seated customers are at eye level. A rooftop bar was constructed to overlook the historic Union Market area.
