Rose’s Luxury
For this project, Potomac Construction Services worked with Aaron Silverman to renovate an existing historic two-story building.
Work included installing a new commercial prep kitchen in the basement, with all applicable utilities and equipment. On the first floor, a cookline kitchen was installed, with an upgraded HVAC system. Extensive millwork was completed around the bar and high-end finishes are plentiful around the dining areas. This project also includes a rooftop garden on the second floor, which is an enclosed private dining area. The location of the rooftop garden and the age of the building created certain challenges during construction.
