Palette 22
Potomac Construction completed construction on this 8,297 SF project, located at 400 Morse St in NE DC. This is a former poultry processing facility that has been converted into the new restaurant/bar, Palette 22. This was a complex build that included a first phase dedicated to the sensitive structural rehabilitation of the masonry and brick structure of this historic, century-old warehouse.
The restaurant/bar is a two-story space and features a patio off the second floor. Each floor includes a full-service bar and a mix of seating options, including bar-style seating, lounge seating, and traditional dining seating. The second floor also boasts a private dining room.
The walls of the restaurant showcase artwork, predominantly sourced from local artists. Adding to the experience are various cooking stations where guests can watch the food being prepared in front of them.
