Tysons Corner Marriott
As part of a larger, hotel-wide renovation, Potomac Construction renovated the interior public spaces of the Tysons Corner Hotel, which included the Lobby, Bar, M Club, Fitness Center and Meeting/Conference Rooms. The former hotel’s pool was replaced by the new fitness center and conference space, which required a carefully coordinated demolition effort by the Potomac Construction Team.
The Potomac Team did a great job phasing these areas of work, based on the client’s needs and around the ongoing guest room renovation by a different onsite General Contractor. The work occurred over two floors of the hotel and totaled over 40,000 SF.
