Via Sophia was a transformation from the existing hotel restaurant. Marble columns line the center of the dining area, matching the pizza bar at the front of the room. A ceramic tile backsplash highlights the prize of the new restaurant, an Italian-imported wood-burning pizza oven.

Society, inspired by secret societies and private clubs is open only at night, and features a 14-seat lounge with antique mirrors and glass features along the wall. Throughout all the renovated areas of this project, the millwork features were a very intricate and challenging aspect that presented a critical path item throughout the entire duration of the renovation.
